I like the book section. Reading a technical book is a big investment in time and money, so I really appreciate someone knowledgeable pointing me towards the most useful ones.

I’ve played with the Android Scripting Environment and Python on my Droid a little bit. It’s really quite nice. You can write the scripts wherever you want and put them on your SD card. You have access to various GUI elements, and you can put a shortcut to the script on your Android’s desktop (or workspace or whatever it’s called).
